PromptFlow Pro is built with a privacy-first approach. All your saved prompts, templates, and settings are stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage API. We do not transmit your saved prompts, templates, or private data to any external servers or third-party databases.
When you use the extension to insert or enhance prompts on supported platforms (like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), the extension interacts with those specific webpages locally within your browser using Content Scripts. The data you enter into these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies.
Any usage analytics (such as "Total Prompts Used", "Enhancements", or "Time Saved") displayed within the extension's dashboard are calculated and stored purely locally on your machine. We do not collect telemetry, usage data, or tracking metrics.
The extension requires certain permissions (like activeTab and host permissions for AI websites) strictly to inject the floating toolbar and allow quick-insert functionality. It does not read your data on unlisted sites.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in this file and updating the "Last updated" date.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please open an issue on our open-source GitHub repository:
